The Navy cautioned members of the public against dealing with the dismissed personnel under the assumption that he remains in service.

“Anyone who interacts with him as naval personnel does so at their own risk,” it added.

The service said the decision followed established disciplinary procedures, which confirmed the personnel’s culpability.

It described the offenses as serious violations of military conduct and reiterated its commitment to maintaining discipline and accountability within its ranks.

The Navy stressed that strict adherence to orders and regulations remains critical to operational effectiveness, warning that erring personnel will continue to face sanctions.
