Former Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemate,Daniel Olatunji, popularly known as Danboskid, has opened up about his current struggles, saying he is starting over and seeking support as he works to rebuild his life and career.
Danboskid disclosed his situation in a video shared on Wednesday, revealing that he had returned to his family home and was currently sleeping in his sister’s room.
The reality TV star said he was developing several plans to get back on his feet, including producing a movie, launching an accessories business and driving for Uber.
He stressed, however, that he was not asking for pity but wanted advice and support as he tried to change his circumstances.
“I don’t really know what to say, but I know I have so many things in mind,” he said, adding that he had to make things work regardless of his present situation.
Danboskid also acknowledged that his family was facing difficulties, although he clarified that they were not going hungry.
He said he had considered selling his laptop to raise money but decided against it because he needed the device to help rebuild his career.
The former housemate said one of his major ambitions was to produce a film from a script he currently has and establish himself as a leading actor and movie producer.
He also revealed plans to launch an accessories brand, saying he understood how to select quality accessories and intended to use his business platform to attract customers.
Beyond his long-term ambitions, Danboskid said he was considering driving for Uber using cars owned by people who no longer wanted to use them.
He listed getting his own accommodation, rebuilding his career and supporting his family among his immediate goals.
The reality star also reflected on the expectations attached to his public image, saying he wanted to move beyond how people perceived him online and demonstrate who he really was.
Danboskid was the first housemate evicted from the 2025 edition of Big Brother Naija Season 10, leaving the show after 12 days during the second week.
The Ekiti State-born entrepreneur, actor and model was listed by the show’s organisers as having been born on April 8, 2000.
Following his eviction, Danboskid attributed his early exit partly to changing his name while in the house, saying the change made it difficult for fans to identify and support him.
His latest disclosure marks a new phase in his journey as he seeks to rebuild his career outside the reality television spotlight.
With plans spanning filmmaking, acting, fashion accessories and ride-hailing, Danboskid is now looking to turn his current challenges into a fresh start.
