The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has announced the release of the final list of successful candidates for the 2024/2025 recruitment exercise into the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Customs II (ASC II).
The announcement was contained in a statement issued on Monday by the National Public Relations Officer of the Service, Assistant Comptroller Abdullahi Maiwada.
According to the statement, candidates are advised to visit the official Nigeria Customs Service website or selected national newspapers to confirm their status. Successful applicants will also receive notifications through their registered email addresses and SMS.
Maiwada said successful candidates must log into the recruitment portal using their National Identification Number (NIN) or registered email address to upload a valid Medical Certificate of Fitness obtained from a government-recognised hospital.
The portal for uploading the certificates will be activated on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, and candidates will have one week to complete the process.
Applicants are also required to update their current state of residence on the portal and formally accept their provisional offer of appointment by clicking the “Accept Offer” button.
The Service said successful candidates should await the issuance of their Trainee Identification Number, while details of documentation and physical screening would be communicated through official channels.
The NCS warned that failure to comply with the requirements or timelines could result in disqualification and the withdrawal of the provisional offer.
The recruitment exercise, which began in 2024, is aimed at filling 3,927 vacancies across the Superintendent, Inspectorate and Customs Assistant cadres.
